Hi All,
In case all the inventors who filed a patent application leave the company to whom the patent has been assigned, will it be possible for the company to file a continuation in parts Application in the name of the company. according to US laws. If possible please give the 35 USC number referring to the same.

For a Cotinuation-In-Part (CIP) applicaiton, you'll need a new declaration, signed by the inventor(s).  I believe the inventors who need to sign are only those who invented the subject matter claimed in the CIP, not in the original.  So, that may help depending on what you claim.  In addition, there are ways to proceed without one or more inventors' signatures.
