I have the only canadian patent on an exciting cereal invention comprised mainly of wild rice. An awesome gluten free cereal. I am looking for a licensing agreement, royalty sale of the patent or some similiar arrangement. Canadian patent #2312072. Have done a huge amount of research as well have many connections to provide to an interested manufacturer or purchaser of the patent. I would like to move on to a new project, therefore have decided, if possible to relinquish the rights to the above. This patent has dexterity in terms of manipulating the ingredients, the main thrust is that a breakfast cereal comprised mainly of wild rice, is protected under my patent. This is a cold cereal, which most respondents agree will blow the lid off of most cereals on the market especially because it is very healthy, as well tastes very good.

licensing or assignment ? THIS IS FOR AN PATENT APPLICATION : Its claims should issue in DEC 2007 ( strike while the irons HOT ) I am interested in sale and or currently looking for licensing for my existing pending patent . "auto insurance industry" I filed back in 2003 ,I have however contacted several companies and have generated a lot of interest. two, being with well known automobile insurance providers. The Idea has already saturated the market , and has earnings of 2 billion a year since its inception. you can look up my patent by going to the pair site and using pending application number 10465732, the pair site can be accessed via the USPTO (united states patent and trademark office ) site. In short , the claims consists of methods, where the company that chooses to implement it , will offer the consumer a modicum amount of money in lieu of them writing claims, meaning that they will have the entitlement mind set changed to one of appreciation. and will see that any claims that are written will effect what they (being the policy holders ) are to receive if anything. not only is it a benefit to whoever offers this is that who ever holds the patent is in control, in what would be a legal monopoly and can choose to whom is allowed to practice it and or licence it. if its purchased expectations are, either assignment, and or licensing the method, seeing as 9 of the top ten companies are already practicing it , its proven to be successfully marketable. concrete reported earnings , information obtained by their tax documents, being an exponential year we can only postulate at what the growth over time will be. The companies also saw a decrease in their losses due to claims written by 250 M within the first year as well. and its all accredited to this "method". estimations for licensing have not been calculated , though I would assume they are at least 5% of the earnings. as far as other possibilities there's always the ability to take said companies to court for patent infringement, and generally when operating at this high a level the expectations for the settlements exceed that of licensing per company and you still have the ability to licence and or assign to whomever one chooses. Thanks for your time, Kim serious buyers only. k_rosloniec(ATYAHOO)
