Title: prior art in Spain
Post by Miriam Anthonj on Oct 17th, 2007, 7:44am
Hello,

I'm searching for a special regulation within the Spanish paten law.
Sombody told me, that a description of an invention, which is available in any other country than in Spain and not in Spanish language does not form part of the prior art in Spain.
I did not found anything like this in the Spnish patent act, perhaps it is judicature?

I would be very pleased, if somebody could help me....

Thanks in advance Miriam

(Sorry for my english.....)
