I have no idea about the definition "another" in the 102(e).  
 
 In there anyone that could help me to understand the meaning of that?
 
 
  another refer to inventor or assignee?

Another is anyone who is not listed as an inventor on the application to which 102(e) is potentially being applied.

It's slightly broader than that.   An application or patent reference is by another whenever the inventive entity is different.   So if a patent has jones and smith as inventors, and the inventorship of the application and claims under examination is jones, smith (same jones and smith) and parks, then the patent is by another.
