IMHO: the goals of those referred blogs and the forum here are fundamentally different. Thus this forum is disqualified as "blogs".

This isn't a blog, but the proposed NY rule is addressed to "computer based communications". Maybe that term is defined somewhere, but I didn't see any definition in the proposed rule.
