This morning's 10:00am Forum on KQED featured a panel discussion on Technology Law -- mostly IP law.  The audio archive should be up relatively soon.

If you're a frequent participant here, I don't think much new ground was covered.  But it might still be interesting listening.  Participants included Mark Lemley of Stanford, a representative of the Electronic Freedom Frontier (eff.org), and a representative of Autodesk.
