Hi Rhonda !

I have a million dollar seller but have no funds to get it on the market in quanities !

I know everyone thinks they have a million dollar winner, but I have no doubts about my product !

I have a provisional patent on it which expires in about 8 months. I got the provisional patent just a month ago but I understand that once it has been disclosed to the public then you have one year in which to get a utility patent.

I had a patent search done before hand and nothing could be found that even comes close to my invention !

I actually bend the parts and weld and paint it...I have sold it on eBay and can't make enough to keep up with the demand. I have also put them in 3 bait shops in my area and I can't keep them on the shelves ! I work alot and I only have a small amount of time to work on these. At this time I think I could make a good living doing them myself and would be able to quit my job, but my situation at this time is not a good one as far as funds go, so I am a little leary on quitting my job right now until I make sure my patent is granted that is if I can ever come up with the money for one !

The material cost to make this item is around $4.00 and it sells for $29.95. I haven't had any problems selling them. I just wished I could keep up with the demand !

Anyway ! I have not a dime to invest any futher in this venture at this time and would be willing to work out a percentage of the net profits from this item if I could get someone to believe in my product as I do !

I know it is disclosed to the public at this time and if I fail to get the funds for a utility patent then it is open to whoever wants to patent it !

If your interested in looking at this product and knowing more about it, then I would have to ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement and agree that you would not ever patent this item if I fail to get the utility patent in the amount of time required by USPTO.

I look forward to hearing back from you whether your interested or not.

Thank you for your time.

Jeff

hi rhinda!

I have a fairly good amount of money ready to invest in anything profitable, if you have not found  a investor yet let me know and about how much do you think it will take to make the product.

thanks, mierz
