NEW INVENTION FOR SALE

I have two inventions without a patent because I do not have the money to pay for them, one deals with your theeth and the other one with every car owner in snow areas, I've had the ideas for over 5 years and I have not been able to patent them.

i have an invention that is not patented yet that will cost a dollar to make and will sell at 4 dollars. thats a 3 dollar profit on every item you sell. everybody will want one .i payd 2000$ to invent tech just for them to make me a portfolio and to find out if there was an other invention like mine in the world and theres none  its 100% unique.
