I already sent my new booklet  to Alexandria with an Certified Mail Receipt.

I talked with an accountant from my town (who is a decent person & proffesional according my wife) and he is requesting me the copy of the booklet I showed to him.  He want to illustraste my concept and vision to some medics he knows, so we can proppose to sell percentages to them to help move the proyect in the good direction,

but...

what type of document I can give to him to protect my idea, so he sign-in it , plus the medics will also see it?

Please, help!

Are you talking about a Non Disclosure Agreement (commonly referred to as NDA)?
