I have a few ideas but do not posess the electronic
expertice to follow thru with the prototype process. How should I approach this situation ? I have found a couple companies online that will make electronic prototypes but is there any protection from theft of ideas. Are there companies or individuals that I can go thru where a partnership can be avoided in the prototype process ?
I want to protect my ideas but need to know if they are feasible as well . Thank you for any advise you can give me.

This forum is primarily about the law of intellectual property.  For assistance in prototyping, there are other forums.  Here's one: http://www.inventorsgarage.com/forum/

As for protection from theft of ideas, the common answers are trade secret and patents.

Regards.
