Could this be conducted by Landon IP, who began in 2001 with essentially no patent searching experience and now wants to tell everyone else how to perform a patent search?
their website, says that they "..supported the legal and technical communities since 1948...", yet they only "started" patent searching in 2002! - now, they are hiring "patent analysts", touting that they have access to so many databases - however, as I have posted very often about LandonIP and about search firms, in general, having a plethora of tools available is nice, but what is far more important is being ABLE TO USE the tools -  a search firm must be competantly capable of navigating available classification systems to extract the needed information from the plethora of databases they may be able to access
