short and sweet as previous post rejected need help please I designed a logo for a department in our local authority and they will pay my on receipt of invoice need short contract to send with invoice but do not know where to start I want to retain copyright of logo and I know that other departments want the same logo so I think I need to licence it but that is where I need the advice How do I word that please I am in the UK not in a financial position to take legal advice thank you
