How did Kessler Corporation breach the contract? The contract states Kessler Corporation will select manufacturers who they believe will be interested in my invention. My invention is a toboggan. The manufacturers they selected were surfboard, snowboard, and furniture manufacturers. No toboggan or sled manufacturers. They also violated the Inventors Protection Act of 1999. This law requires the invention promotion firm to disclose their positive and negative results for the past five years. Kessler Corporation does not do this. I am initiating a class action lawsuit against Kessler Corporation on behalf of all the consumers they have defrauded since 1999.

Thank you for your reply Gerald. Can anyone recommend at least ONE decent Invention Firm that has good reputation and have SOME kind of record in terms of license aggreements? It seems that every single invention company in US was complained about at some stage or involved in court disputes. Would be very grateful for any recommendation (not from the companies agents and advertisers please!) Sincerely, Vitaliy
