Related Rights

It is understood, that copyright doctrine is not entirely the same in all countries.
For example when dealing with the subject matter of "Songs" and "Sound Recordings", The US, Canada, and some parts of Europe recognise that both "Songs" and Sound Recordings fall under the Laws of Copyright.
However in contrast, we in the Caribbean and most parts of Europe, recognise that songs are protected under the laws of Copyright and Sound Recordings are protected under the laws of "Related Rights"
My suggestion, is to start a New Category named "Related Rights". It is a fact that alot of interested parties would like the opportunity to discuss Related Rights issues in a forum setting. How can this be possible?
