First, I hope it's generally understood that I think these forums are extremely useful and a great service. I want any constructive criticism to be taken in that context.
I see a fair amount of mis-categorized posts in the Patent categories. I'm not sure to what degree it can be accomplished using YaBB, but some emphasis that the first twenty or so categories are all sub-categories of Patents. I see the header for Patents, and I have no trouble figuring out the organization of the forums, but I suspect others have some trouble.
I don't think this issue is worth much consternation, but maybe a little tweak here or there can clarify things for visitors.
