Title: copyright law
Post by dolores on Aug 30th, 2005, 11:15pm
In 1914 my father had his autobiography published, which he was the author of. It was also updated in 1926.  He died in 1986.  Now I see it is being published by a firm out of london and it is pretty popular these days.
Is this right or shouldn't his next of kin have rights?  I have never seen this book so therefore I don't have a copy and know little about it and, since it was so long ago...I can't find any laws that far back.

Please Help
