Hi,

I am currently writting a book, and have not yet consulted a lawyer . I would like to have an idea of how much does it costs to do the copyright of my book ?

On the US Copyright Office website that explain copyrights they say a fee of 45 U.S. Dollars for each work you submit to them. SO, if I write a 400 pages book and send to them, do I still pay the 45 USD fee ?

And about the Tittle of the book, I think I would have to register at the US Patent and Trademark Office right ?

Yes, you can register an entire book for a single fee. No you don't need to register the title with the patent and trademark office. Generally speaking, the titles of individual works are not trademarks.
