Lecture Video convert to notes

Hi, I took notes for a class where all the lecture were video's of the professors talking about the subject and hand writing on some paper within the video.  I was wondering if taking the notes from these lectures that I wrote and cutting out some unnecessary parts, creating a large summary of the course and then selling this summary to other students is copyright infringement or not?  I am not sure if converting from the video format to my own typed format will keep the lecture protected (if they are even protected in the first place)?  All the information in the videos is facts, but because the course if Biology, which is mostly writing, how is this protected?  If someone could help me out with this that would be great, thanks!
