Hi
Hope this is the proper forum.
I want to use the likeness of a famous (deceased) celebrity in a video. The video will depict the celebrity as a caricature but not in a parody situation.
This video will have very limited exposure and is not for commercial use. Howeer, it's intended purpose is to generate investor interest in a commercial product, for which we would secure all necessary licensing/copyright if the celebrity image was used.
Am I on this ice here? THANKS
