hi gus,
i'm a watch designer and i designed a watch with unusually shaped face which was published in one of magazines. our competitor saw the picture of my watch in that newspaper and they produced similar one with the same shape and surface decoration
what can i do?
my friend told me that this design may be protected by design right but it won't cover surface decoration. is it true?
and what about copyright?
