I have started a new clothing line, and I have a few designs, a name, and a logo. I have questions regarding: How to go about the copyright and trademark process, also securing my name and making sure it is not in use. Please HELP!!!

Thanks,

Certain aspects of your clothing designs may be eligible for copyright protection.  Your branding would certainly be eligible for trademark protection.

If you're serious about the clothing line as a business venture, you'd be well advised, to say the least, to speak with an IP attorney early in the game.  Good advice early often saves headache and heartache -- not to mention real dollars -- down the road.
