CAN I REGISTER that copyright..

Can I register a copyright of materials of my authorship that I have posted at a forum?

Would I need permission from the forum to have access to my own material or have I lost all rights by posting my material there?

Thanks

Much of your rights to the posting may hinge on the terms and conditions of the forum.

The bigger question, though, is why do you want to seek registration of copyrights in a public forum posting?

The forum, ‘in question’ doesn’t say in the agreement terms/conditions that they would hold the copyright of the words that the posters write, and for that,

Could this forum still claim for the rights over the contents of my posts as if it wasn’t a public domain?

Thank You

An author who fixes original creative expression in a tangible
medium of expression is the copyright holder absent something
that would make the expression a work for hire.  Transfering
the rights to someone else requires a signed written agreement.
It's likely a safe assumption that there is no signed writing by the
copyright holder transferring rights to the forum holder.

An unsigned and unwritten agreement could give the forum owner
a license to postings on the forum, but that agreement would
not exclused a poster from exploiting his own work.  But it
could limit the ability of the poster to stop others from
displaying the work publicly, creating derivative works etc.
