I doubt you'll find anybody on this forum who will give you specific legal advice. You didn't say whether or not you had a contract. Did you write the lyrics separately and before collaborating on the song? I bet you can answer your own questions. These two links apply to U.S. law but should be informative:

A ''joint work'' is a work prepared by two or more authors with the intention that their contributions be merged into inseparable or interdependent parts of a unitary whole.
The authors of a joint work are co-owners of the copyright in the work, unless there is an agreement to the contrary.
