Dear Mr. Perry,

Without taking professional responsibility, it is my belief that as long as reuse is not deceptive that the container can be reused. Duplication of a copyrighted label could be, a copyright infringement, a trademark infringement, an act of unfair competition and possibly a crime.

There are individual differences in every situation to be considered. One factor is that if what you do is very limited it might be passed over if it is a very small matter.

I'm small potatos and I've got major corporations coming after me.  Of course I've backed them all down.

Really, 3 tissue box covers had Major League Baseball Properties coming after me.  Total sale price for all three was under $10!

Dear Mr. Haltom
The copyright is good. You can get copies of the copyright if you need it.
