I need some help with my homework. I have to find out what napster did wrong and how they can open a new website and not infrenge on copyrignts. More importantly i have to find out how other website such as emusic.com can come in without any major problems.

In other words how can a website legally share files without violating the right of the copyright holder?

Dear Mistress,

The solution is by agreement or licences or both.
