If I post my own software screen shots on my corporate web site, am I giving up any IP or trade secret rights?

Yes, probably.

If the screenshots reveal a previously secret user interface or other valuable secrets and your corporate web site is publicly accessible, you've given up all trade secrets in whatever is revealed in the screenshots.

If the screenshots reveal a previously secret novel and non-obvious user interface or other novel and non-obvious feature and your corporate web site is public accessible, you have given up patent protection for any revealed feature anywhere in the world except a handful of jurisdictions -- including the US, Canada, and Argentina.

From what I understand, you would not lose any copyright protection in your look and feel shown in the screenshots -- assuming your look and feel is sufficiently original to warrant copyright protection.

Regards.
