I wonder if anyone can help me - we are looking at outsourcing/subcontracting professional work to other attorneys who would operate under our banner, with us providing the work and doing all the admin and charging at our normal professional hourly rates.

The question is: what would be a fair percentage of that professional hourly rate to pay to the subcontractor/outsourcer for carrying out the work?

I've never been offered more than 50% to do contract work and I've never offered less than 70% for contract work.

I hope those are useful data points.

Regards.

Yes, thanks, I think those were the sort of parameters I had in mind.
