Without Rights ?

I started a business in 1999, I am involved in industrial equipment design and development and I was offered a credit line by a financial company that is sponsored and or owned by an industrial corporation in the same product area as my start-up company were.

They cut out on me at a strategic time, causing a domino effect on my then fragile credit, while I was led to believe that I could depend on a relationship with in-house an, (in-house) small business counselor, after sharing a vast amount of technical information with them, now some four years later, I am being sued for financial debts occurring from the cost of start-up, since they were not my only creditor.

Since, valuable proprietaries that formed company assets, are either endangered or compromised by potential competitors including government contractors, I believe them to be both, how can I investigate this, to determine, if ill effects from within, have conveniently
destroyed my credit, where as basically I am defenseless without rights ?

Sincerely,
