**** Tapes

This is sort of embarrassing, but I wasn't sure who else to ask, and I thought I could get some help here.
About 3 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I ended our relationship. I had made about 10 **** tapes with him, and they are currently in his possession. The tapes contain explicit material and you can clearly identify me. I am worried he will show these to other people, because he had shown me a tape he made with another woman, when we were together. I do not feel he will try to make money off of these by selling them, as this would severely damage his reputation b/c he is both a film and television actor. I am just worried that he will show these to his friends and future girlfriends, and I do not feel comfortable with this at all.
I have tried contacting him via phone and e-mail to discuss what to do with them. He knows I want them destroyed. I have not heard back from him, and therefore, wish to take legal action against him. I don't feel this will go to court; but is it possible for me to even consult or hire a lawyer about this?
Please advise. I apologize in advance if these seems like a stupid question. Thank you.
