I am looking for any information that can assist me in writing the language for the intellectual property rights portion of our fcaulty contract at a community college.   Main issues include who owns the work, and how that is determined.

Dear Mr. Shelton,
 
 
Get copies of what other schools do. Go to a lawyer that is familiar with your needs or who can draft the proper paragraphs or agreement for you.  
 
If you do it right now it will save bundles later when you have problems.
