Hello,
I have a company that will help me with my idea, i asked about it being confidential and they gave me a one page NDA, to sign, which I would have to disclose the title of my idea. This seems like it is not enough protection.
 
There is a contract that will be signed by both parties but this company is large and has at least 3 sister/parent companies that will be looking at my idea.
 
My question is what can I do to safe guard my idea from them, Should I get them to sign a NDA that I draft up and if so what should it entail?
