ADMIN,what do you mean here by IP forms and agreements?
pls tell us more specifically and we can upload accordingly.
One more thing, days before I tried to submit an article to intelproplaw, how can I make sure it is received and published or not?

I recently had a need for a non disclosure agreement and spent a lot of time redrafting a mutual non disclosure agreement. This forum would have been a nice place to go.

People also have very useful templates for Office Actions, nonprovisional applications, and appeal briefs.
