Investor looking for next "WOW" product

I am looking for the next "WOW" product. Proven investor with repeated success taking products from concept to market. Some of the ideal criteria that I am looking for in a product, but not required is; lawn & garden related, environmental, products that "help" people, especially our aging population, safety related, around the home, etc. Please contact me at drvag@fuse.net or you may also call me at 859-468-3658. Hello
i have 10 patent pending products
some of them are "wow" products
all designed with high volume market in mind
two are in production, one is on the market
categories: pets (2 products - electric), general market (2 one of them is already in the market and in one of the major chain stores in the US) - THIS PRODUCT HAS ADDITIONAL TWO PRODUCTS DEVELOPED ON THE SAME CONCEPT, mechanical - 1, cosmetic - 1, Office and home product 1, apperal - 1,

D Vagedes, I have an idea that you may be interested in.
But first, I was wondering if you are one of those inventor companies that require me to pay you?
Second, do you require a patented idea? Mine is not patented yet, but I have spoke to an attorney.
And, exactly what are the steps in your process? What is next step?

Hello Mr. Hattinck. Thank you for your reply. I tried to send you an email, but it was bounced back, so I will answer you here.
Q1) I am not one of those inventor companies that requires money to tell you what you want to hear. If a product meets certain criteria, a license agreement is entered into. Then, at my own expense I will take your concept, from prototype stage to packaging of finished product. I will develop and execute the marketing plan. Royalities will be paid as a % of units sold.
Q2) Patents are not necessary at this point of the conversation, but are important.
Q3) A good first step is to sign a Non-disclosure and Non-compete agreement. Then we can talk about your idea.
