Don't spend your money on the used version.  The new 5th edition is cheaper right now!!!
 
PLI, who publishes Landis and a number of other patent treatises, is having a 40% off treatise sale through today (Dec 14), but usually PLI extends the sale if history is any indication. http://www.pli.edu

I just picked up a new 5th edition of Landis for $195 shipped for free in the US.

Sure enough the treatise sale has been extended through Dec. 20, but the discount/coupon code changed.

Even if you don't need one, stock up and sell on Ebay later!!!
