Any real benefits to completing a JD on Concord? If there is someone who has graduated from it, can you comment? Would you do it again?

Based on what I know about Concord, most of them don't have intention to practice the law but rather they study the law to improve their existing professional career.  I have seen two people who are in fact practicing the law in the DA offices in CA.  Only CA allows correspondence law school folks to sit for Bar Exam.

If you want to study the law to improve your profession, it might be a great option.

If you want to practice the law in the state other than CA, then you might want to think again.

In terms of quality of education at Concord, it seems it is great.
