Hello,
I am hoping someone has insight into the infringement possibilities for website title tags or titles ( Not Domain Names). Is it possible to infringe on someone else's company name if you are using a similar name in your webpage title bar. For example: our title(not domain name) is Twin Cities Real Estate Advisors & Property Management Consultants. The company who has asked us to remove it has the name Twin Cities Real Estate Advisors, LLC..
Our company uses this description only in our title bar and no where else on the site or in company description.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated,

What is the point of using those words or phrase?

The reality is, any use of someone else's copyright or trademark anywhere on your site is considered infringement (even meta tags).

However, because they are such generic terms, you could be safe.

if you simply changed out the word advisors, it would probably steer you in the clear.  But you really should consult a minnesota attorney.
