How about this TM/Domain scenario

I am an individual and I have bought a domain name in 2004 say (mostest.us) (it is just a make up name) and say this is a well know family name and registered trademark in a country and European Union, but not in USA. The counsel of the corporation/family now asks me to release it to the corporation with no compensation. I did not do anything with the domain bought and just pay the registration dues yearly. here is the question then, can these people take the domain from me.
Thanks for your insides

No, they can't take your domain name.

I can point out a few exceptions. Needless to say, that's inaccurate.
