Anyone have a sound methodology using web based information to stay abreast of current and emerging patent infringement cases. The CFC's website is good, but any alternatives worth looking into?

My current favorite is using the Update Scanner add-on for Firefox to monitor:
(1) These forums.
(2) Fed. Circuit Opinions.
(3) USPTO News and Notices.
(4) BPAI Precedential Opinions.

I also subscribe to LawCast's IP audio updates.

I also have a Yahoo! news watch thingy for "patent patents", although I never keep up with all that and much of it is repetitive.

I think this very site includes an IP news matrix.

Regards.

Thanks! I think the 'IP today' site  is O.k. The field is somewhat fragmented, but practitioners are not on the whole, paid to publish critical reviews or detailed analysis.
