: : : I have come up with a phrase or saying that i wuld like to put on a t-shirt how do i protect my phrase and were do I start.
: : Phrases may or may not be registerable. The expression of the phrase is protteced not the idea. The phrase would have to be examined to determine its copyright registerability. The phrase can be registered as a tradmark. In ord for that to be done it must be used as a trademark.
