: I would like very much to devise a specialized cookbook for my company's patients. Would I be able to utilize some recipes on the web, without worry of violations/fines/law suits? I do know NOT to take anything from a web site clearly marked "registered trademark" or "copywrighted by law" - But how about all of the other sights? Is there a different denotation of copywright that I should be looking for? One that is not clearly visible? : Thank you for you time and cooperation in answering my questions.
