: : : Here's my dilemma: I co-authored a book with some friends about eight years ago. We took it to a local copy store to have bound copies made up. Recently I discovered that the gentleman from the copy store has registered a domain name using the name of the title character. It is a distinct name, not likely to be duplicated. We've recently begun work on marketing the book and items based upon it, and were wondering if we have any recourse against him. Has he broken any laws? Any help would be appreciated.
