A copyright can be registered but the usually is little reason to register. Once you can get a publisher, the publisher usually takes care of the copyright. You had better have a GOOD agreement with the publisher to protect yourself. If you show what you have written, the idea is not protected, only the mode of expression. You have to understand the law and even then things can be tough. M.
