I know that it is legal to photocopy a portion of a book for educational purposes. Does the same principle cover music? I am involved in putting together a DVD yearbook for my school and we want to use song clips to go with the videos we produce. Does anyone know if I can use a portion of a song for my production and if so, do you have a link that explains the rules to me?
