If I contract a graphic designer to do a book cover for me, and supply her with the exact drawing, colors, and materials to use for the : project,book cover, and am very specific from beginng to end as the art director, then I assume because of my right to intellectual property(this was my idea and drawing) that I : have a right to half (joint)the copyright, or the entire copyright, if she was contracted.
