Mostly no. That's about a billable, two seconds. But there may be ways of taking advantage of them in a billable short consultation: with not tooo expensive follow up.
I personally discourage clients from wasting time money and worry. My brag is I'm a good Counsellor, and I'm not rich, or rich at the expense of my clients.
