Many commercial websites hold events and list these upcoming events on their websites. I was interested in compiling these listings on my own web site. I am interested in posting the name of their event, place, time, cost and desciption. Even though this is a fraction of the text on their site, can I use this information? Is there any fraction of this information I could use without being exposed to copyright violations? Is this type of info "news" and thus ok to list? Thanks.
