I do have a nearly identical problem: I have just completed a manuscript that I wish to copyright and publish anonymously. Would anyone detail for me a procedure? My manuscript could land me in hot waters similar to Salman Rushdi's "verses" of fame. Are there publishing houses or specialized attorneys offering such a service? : : : : I am a freelance writer looking to find out information on a pen names or Pseudonyms. Do they have to be registered to use? Can I sell material with a pen name? I recently wrote a script out of my normal genre and would like to pitch it anonymously. If I use a pen name what do I have to do. As much information on this subject would be greatly apprecicated.
