(Meaning they cannot resell the same source code to someone else because it is now my property?). Thanks in advance for any insight you might be able to provide me (especially if I'm wrong!!) : Dear C Chamberland, well, thats what I got in writing for the source code: "Not just resell rights for software , you are getting the source code. You can modify, sell, do anything you want with it." The person I purchased it from was the orignial author of the software so he did have all ownership. I guess maybe in the future I should get something a little clearer for my own protection?
