If someone sells you source code to a program, and they state that " Not just resell rights for software , you are getting the source code. You can modify , sell , do anything you want with it.", doesn't that mean that the source code becomes my property and the owner of the source code must reliquish all claims to ownership? (Meaning they cannot resell the same source code to someone else because it is now my property?). Thanks in advance for any insight you might be able to provide me (especially if I'm wrong!!)
