: Hi everyone, i have been givin a task to draft a partnership contract (agreement). : The senario is: : John and Fred intend to form a partnership to write a software program. Your task is to draft a partnership contact (agreement) for them. Amoung issues the contract should address are issues such as: : a)Copyright : b)Distrubution : c)Retail : d)What happens in the event one of them does or they want to recuit another person into the partnership after due to increase in demand of the product : e)Definitions : f)Capital and profits : g)Upgrades and services : h)Etc : I'm doing a computer course so I don't really know anything about contracts and i have been looking for ages for some help but can't find any. : So if anyone can please help it would be so great of you. : Hope to hear from you soon. : Thanks Dear Ms. Rowe, The truth is theat even though what you suggest makes sense, it is the legal, experiencial input as to what does not show on the surface that makes it important to consult an IP lawyer that you can trust, I repeat, that you can trust. When you go to a docter that you can trust he may seem more than what you asperin can cure. I find it difficult to trust doctors, but through recommendations from friend and my own experience, I feel the doctors I use are worth their weight in gold and are no more pricey than the ones that cannot be trusted.
